• Please note the maximum size of the handbags/ bags allowed inside of the Auschwitz Museum is limited to: 30cm x 20cm x 10 cm. Bigger bags will have to be stored in the minibus.
• The Auschwitz Museum does not allow any company to organise a break longer than 5-10 minutes between visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau Camps. If possible, please ask the hotel to prepare a packed lunch for you or take some snacks with you.
• Tour voucher with the exact pick up time will be emailed 3 days before the tour date. Please wait for our driver outside of your hotel /accommodation by the main entrance at the time stated on your tour voucher. Please make sure you are not late as the driver can not wait.
• PLEASE NOTE: entrance tickets and transport included. This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the venue.
